We will help you host your own special events at the Inn. Our event facilities are ADA accessible; an elevator serves all floors. McKenzie Orchards Bed and Breakfast LLC will provide event services for groups up to 40 persons.

Day Retreat

Reserve space at the Inn for your private retreat. Perfect for business team building or a productive get-together for your organization.

The downstairs Media Room has conference table space for up to 10 persons, High Definition computer display, high speed internet and wi-fi access, and its own kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and granite counter top.

The Main Floor Living Room, Bistro, Dining Room, and deck can accommodate 10 to 15 persons, with the wine bar and snack service.

Day use is from 9 am to 4 pm or by arrangement.
Prices: Facililty fee $500 per day; catering additional and by arrangement with innkeeper..

Evening Party

Host an evening party in a gorgeous four-seasons setting by the McKenzie river. We will make the entire Main Floor available to you for a cocktail party, organization celebration, fundraiser, or evening of entertainment. The Main Floor Living Room, Bistro, Dining Room, and Deck can accommodate 20 to 40 persons.

Evening use is from 4 pm to 10 pm plus reasonable set-up and clean-up time.
Prices: Main Floor evening use $500; catering, bar, and entertainment can be arranged to meet your needs.

House Party

Book the whole Inn with family and friends and party! Great for family reunions, alumni get-togethers, bridal showers, and anytime your small group wants a private getaway in a beautiful setting.
Prices: Weekday night package all five guest rooms B&B $900; Weekend two-night package all five guest rooms B&B $1800. Includes sumptuous breakfast of your choice and evening wine bar with appetizers. Special catering and entertainment available.
Additional catering by arrangement. Booking less than the full inn -- regular room rates per room will apply.

Your Special Day

Celebrate your small wedding, an important anniversary, a milestone birthday, or any other big day. We will help make it all happen.

Two-night package for small wedding (up to 40 guests) includes all five guest rooms B&B for $1750 plus tax and use of grounds $1750, $3,665 total.

A Note About Larger Weddings

We do not do weddings at McKenzie Orchards for groups larger than 40 total persons. However, we are an ideal place for the wedding party to stay, while you plan your wedding at a nearby venue. We can house up to about 10 to 15 people in complete comfort and privacy in our 5 luxury guest rooms and our Guest House.
